Clayfield Moyston Ton Up Shiraz 2017

This wine is produced entirely from our own vineyard, following fermentation and racking it was matured for 18 months in new American and French oak hogheads. The beautiful oak is obvious on the aroma and the palate complimenting the elegant floral and spicy Grampians Shiraz character. The vibrant purple and deep red colour is indicative of a high quality Shiraz and gorgeous to the eye.  Although in its youth this wine will cellar for many years and in time develop all the hallmarks of a spectacular single vineyard Grampians Shiraz.
