With a typically spicy regional accent, the wine leads with a floral aroma, giving way to a palate soaked with dark-fruited plums and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper. With a medium to full-bodied palate, the wine’s ripe, round fruit along with a long, juicy finish add up to a sumptuous drinking experience. Oak is well balanced, tying the wine’s generous fruit and tannin structure together.
